Testing before shipment

The dredger is complete for testing before ex-factory, in order to guarantee good performance and safety of dredger, it is tested like the machine working in the customer’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process. After testing, the dredger will be not tested in the working site and can directly working after assembly in the working place. Usually, the customer can also supervise the testing process before dismantle the dredger.

Dredger installation and training

After the dredger is shipped, our company will send 1-2 engineers to the customer's working site to guide the installation of the dredger and train the operators. After the dredger arrives at the working site, our engineers will arrive at the working site within 3 working days. Our engineers will provide installation guidance and technical training for the customer's workers on how to operate the dredger, and perform daily maintenance on the dredger until the workers have learned.

Warranty and Maintenance

After commissioning, our company provides one-year free quality guarantee for the dredger. If customer’s dredging experience unskilled, equipment failure or customer needs to solve the dredger problem to working site, we will send our engineers to customer’s working site to inspect and repair at any time or our engineers provide solutions by phone and email, with 7 * 24-hour rapid response system.
